About Igtvgroup Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who are we, exactly?

Igtvgroup Concrete is a referral service. That is all. We are not a concrete company. We do not pour, finish or stamp anything. We connect homeowners in Menifee and the Menifee area with independent local providers who handle new concrete driveways, patios and stamped surfaces.

Why does this site exist?

Starting a concrete project can feel like a lot. Prices vary. The terms are new. The weather can change your plans. Igtvgroup Concrete exists to help you ask better questions before you commit. Ask before you pour.

How do providers get matched to your project?

You tell us what you want: a driveway, a patio, or a stamped finish. You add a rough size and a time frame. Then your request is pointed toward independent providers in the network who work in your area and take that kind of job. A provider speaks with you directly from there.

What do we hope to see from providers?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They set their own prices and run their own jobs. We encourage them to bring:

  • Clear written quotes
  • Plain answers about base prep, thickness, joints and curing
  • Honest talk about timing and weather
  • Proof of any license or insurance their local rules require, shown on request

Get it in writing. A good provider will not mind.

What we do not do

We do not do the concrete work. We do not set your price. We do not supervise job sites. We also do not handle repair or customer-service requests for past projects. If a slab is cracking because of a deeper issue, a provider may suggest bringing in foundation repair experts first. That is a separate trade.

How is Igtvgroup Concrete paid?

Independent providers may pay a referral fee when they are connected with a homeowner. Asking for an estimate carries no obligation. Your final price comes from the provider in a written quote, so read it closely.

Why do the seasons matter so much?

Concrete cares about weather. Long dry stretches give crews steady working days. Winter rain can delay forms and finishing. Smoke days may affect schedules and outdoor comfort. Mild coastal air can be forgiving, but wind and moisture still count. Plan around the weather and ask each provider how they handle it.
